Halong Bay Cruise And Village Combo

Halong Bay Cruise and Village Combo
Begin your day with an 8:00 AM pick-up from either Ha Long International Port or Cai Lan Port. From there, step aboard a traditional-style wooden boat for a scenic four-hour cruise through the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay. As you sail through this UNESCO World Heritage Site, marvel at some of the bay's lesser known but equally captivating limestone formations and grottoes, including Rocky Dog (Cho Da), Fighting Cock Islet (Ga Choi), Incense Burner Islet (Dinh Huong), and the beautiful Heaven Cave (Thien Cung Cave).
One of the highlights of the cruise is a stop at Ba Hang Floating Fishing Village. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to witness a traditional way of life that continues today, as fishermen and their families live and work aboard floating homes. You'll also find yourself surrounded by towering limestone cliffs in a tranquil, hidden lagoon -- an unforgettable scene of natural serenity.
After the cruise, return to the mainland and continue by vehicle to Yen Duc Cultural Village, located in the peaceful countryside of northern Vietnam. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious, locally prepared Vietnamese lunch. Then, explore the village's cultural and historical treasures with a visit to Canh Huong Pagoda, a significant local monument, and tour a few traditional village homes to gain a deeper understanding of daily rural life.
Take a leisurely walk through the village to experience its charm and simplicity, where rice fields, lotus ponds, and quiet pathways paint a vivid picture of authentic Vietnam. Before concluding your visit, be treated to a captivating water puppet performance--an art form unique to Vietnam--performed by local villagers in a beautiful open-air setting.
In the late afternoon, you'll be transferred back to the port, arriving in time for your cruise ship's departure.
Please Note: Western-style food is available upon request at the time of booking for an additional fee to be paid on the day of your tour (not included, approximately $10 US). Passengers will be granted a Vietnam visa by the cruise line. Some of the cruise lines include the visa within the cruise package. However, if a visa was not included in your cruise package, you may purchase one directly onboard. The cost can be up to $50 US per person, depending on the cruise line.
